This provides our prestigious customers the option of video calls at the comfort of their home by simply selecting the date and time they wish to be serviced. During these challenging times, SNIC insurance continues to find means to offer customers the flexibility in choosing from the various types of online services for completing their insurance needs via virtual video calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp which achieves the objective of the required social distancing and ensuring the necessary safety measures.

Skiplino Virtual Branch mobile app can be downloaded for virtual queuing on both IOS and Android systems. SNIC Customer Service agents will also be able to attend to customer requests via the mobile app where they do not need to be physically present in the branches.

We invite all our customers to take advantage of Skiplino virtual Service for their insurance needs and remind them not to lose the opportunity of our insurance offers valid until 31 May 2020, when purchasing a brand new car, we offer an 18 months policy with 6 months on us while our existing Motor Insurance renewals  receive a BD.15 Discount with Free VIP Services.
