SNIC Insurance launches its New Mobile Application

SNIC Insurance recently launched its new Mobile Application for smartphones with unique features. This step comes as part of SNIC’s direction to continually upgrade the level of insurance services and improve customer experience for both individual and corporate clients.

The application is specifically designed to be the ideal choice for individual and corporate clients to fulfill their insurance needs safely and swiftly.

‘SNIC Insurance‘ application is characterized for it ease-of-use and a variety of features empowering customers to execute their insurance transactions with the touch of a button. Several insurance products and services are available to customers on the app such as Motor Insurance, Corporate Medical Insurance, submission and tracking of Claims and Unit-Linked Savings and Investment plans. Customers can also look forward to new products in future updates like Travel Insurance and Home Insurance alongside other services.

Among the exiting new features available on the application is the Loyalty Points Program, which automatically collects points for customers starting at the registration process and when issuing new policies, renewal transactions and when referring friends to the application. Having the choice to redeem loyalty points against deductibles or towards paying premiums and the ability to seamlessly gift part or all loyalty points to friends and family is another great advantage.

The ‘SNIC Insurance’ is available on the Apple store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery. The Mobile Application will enable new customers to complete registering on the application in a manner that is easy, fast, and secure by using the latest features of scanning the customer’s identity and completing the e-KYC electronically. It is worth mentioning that SNIC Insurance is the first insurance company in Bahrain to obtain the e-KYC certification from BENEFIT, the regional leader in electronic financial transactions.

On this occasion, Assistant General Manager Corporate Services at SNIC Insurance Mr. Ahmed Radhi said: “We are glad to launch the updated version of the “SNIC Insurance” application to better serve our clients. The App aims to improve our digital services and enrich the experience of our customers. This accomplishment is in line with the directions of the Central Bank of Bahrain to accelerate the process of digital transformation of the insurance services sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is another milestone towards implementing our digital transformation strategy for offering innovative and seamless digital solutions.”
