SNIC Insurance Organizes Design Thinking Workshop

SNIC Insurance conducted a workshop on Design Thinking & Work Environment for their Staff and Executive Management through BIBF virtual platform. The objective behind this workshop is to equip SNIC employees with the knowledge and skills needed when developing new products and services to SNIC Customers. The training was delivered by Ms. Shalini Vaz a qualified trainer with a master’s degree in Communications and a holder of certified Black Belt Six Sigma. The workshop focused on how to use the design thinking process to define and understand customer needs related to the Insurance industry. This workshop will serve SNIC Employees in developing innovative insurance solutions whilst focusing on enhancing the customer experience.
